Tell us the shape of the case, not the client’s financial data

Start with the broker, financial year, number of accounts, and whether a CA is already engaged. We will confirm scope and a secure submission route before asking for records.

Scope: ITR FNO produces automated, source-linked workpapers for CA review. It is not an e-filing service, legal opinion, tax audit, or substitute for your chartered accountant. Your CA decides the tax position and files the return.

General and case enquiries

Email support@itrfno.com. Include the broker name, FY/AY, whether F&O and intraday are present, number of broker accounts, and desired deadline. Do not email broker workbooks, PAN, Aadhaar, bank statements, passwords, or OTPs unless we first provide an approved secure submission method.

Before you contact us

  • This service prepares a workpaper; it does not file the return or give legal advice.
  • Your CA must decide classifications, presumptive treatment, audit applicability, and final figures.
  • Current initial support is oriented to Zerodha-style Tax P&L workbooks; confirm other brokers before ordering.
  • AY 2026-27 statutory dates may be extended, but a service estimate is never a filing-deadline guarantee.

Response expectations

We aim to acknowledge ordinary enquiries within two business days. Security and active-case issues are prioritised by impact. An acknowledgement is not acceptance of an engagement; scope, price, records, and timing must be confirmed in writing.
