Before you order.
Do you file the return for me?
No. We prepare the working; you file it. Most people type the figures straight into the ITR-3 utility themselves, and the working is laid out in the form's own order so you know which figure goes in which field. If you would rather a chartered accountant filed it, hand them the same working.
Is the fee per return or per trade?
Per return. One person, one assessment year, however many contracts you traded.
Which brokers do you support?
Every listed broker is accepted at the same fee and goes through the same preparation. If your statements leave a figure unsupported, the working flags it and we ask for the document that settles it — and in the rare case we cannot prepare your working at all, you get a full refund before preparation starts.
Why is payment taken before preparation?
Because preparation is the expensive part and it starts the moment you pay. Taking the fee first is what keeps it at one flat number instead of a quote you have to chase.
What happens to the things my broker reports cannot show?
Anything your records cannot answer is written on the face of the working: a blocker stops the line until the missing document arrives, a review item names the judgment call and what would settle it, and an info note states an assumption you can check. We ask you for the document that closes it rather than guessing at the number. A broker file cannot show your bank balance, every movement of money in and out, or your presumptive-tax history — so those are asked for rather than assumed, and the working is never balanced with an invented figure.
What if the working turns out to be wrong?
Report a suspected extraction or arithmetic error within 14 days of delivery and we correct it within the agreed scope at no further preparation fee.
Send the files. See the scope. Then decide.
